Vehicle preparation: New vehicles under 1,000 miles include the promotional preparation process and single-stage polish. Slightly used vehicles over 1,000 miles add the configured decontamination service. Optional correction upgrades selected in the configurator are added to the package total.
Deposit: The reservation deposit is non-refundable and is credited in full toward the final balance. The deposit amount changes automatically when qualifying upgrades or required preparation are added.
Scheduling: Vehicles already in hand follow the 30-day promotional scheduling window. Reservations correctly marked Tesla On Order use the delivery exception and may be scheduled after delivery timing becomes known.
Rescheduling: At least 48 hours’ advance notice is requested to transfer a confirmed appointment. Late cancellation, late changes or failure to arrive may cause the deposit to be forfeited.
