TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last Updated: August 27, 2026
Welcome to IWTINT.com. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the IW Motorsports website, your interactions with IW Motorsports, and, where applicable, your purchase, reservation, or scheduling of services.
By accessing IWTINT.com, requesting a quote, submitting a reservation or deposit, purchasing a service, scheduling an appointment, or otherwise doing business with IW Motorsports LLC (“IW Motorsports,” “IW,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms.
Certain services may also be subject to a separate estimate, invoice, work authorization, warranty, promotional terms, booking policy, or signed agreement. If a service-specific written agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the service-specific written agreement will control regarding that service.

- Estimated prices
- Package prices
- Vehicle-specific prices
- Limited-time offers
Where a price is specifically advertised as a fixed promotional price for an eligible vehicle or service, we will honor the offer according to the promotional terms.
For services where pricing depends on vehicle size, vehicle condition, installation complexity, existing aftermarket modifications, selected materials, additional preparation, or requested coverage, the final price may differ from a starting or estimated website price.
An online quote or estimate is not necessarily a final invoice unless expressly identified as a guaranteed or fixed price.
4. VEHICLE INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing reasonably accurate information regarding their vehicle, including when applicable:
- Year
- Make
- Model
- Trim
- Vehicle condition
- Mileage
- Existing paint or body damage
- Previous repairs
- Repainted panels
- Existing film, coating, wrap, or tint
- Aftermarket modifications
- Other information reasonably necessary to perform the requested service
Incorrect or incomplete information may affect pricing, scheduling, installation options, or our ability to perform a service.
5. APPOINTMENTS AND RESERVATIONS
Some services require an appointment.
An appointment is considered confirmed when IW Motorsports accepts the appointment and any required reservation deposit has been received.
Submitting an appointment request online does not guarantee a particular date or time until confirmed.
Appointment availability may vary depending on:
- Service type
- Vehicle
- Installation time
- Technician availability
- Facility capacity
- Material availability
- Existing project schedules
For additional information, please review our Booking & Deposit Policy.
6. RESERVATION DEPOSITS
Certain appointments, promotional packages, custom orders, or larger projects require a reservation deposit.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, reservation deposits are:
NON-REFUNDABLE, EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY LAW.
Deposits reserve installation capacity, technician time, promotional pricing when applicable, and may be used toward ordering materials or preparing for the scheduled project.
The deposit will ordinarily be credited toward the final invoice for the corresponding service.
Cancellation, failure to appear, insufficient rescheduling notice, or failure to satisfy promotional scheduling requirements may result in forfeiture of some or all of the reservation deposit as described in our Booking & Deposit Policy.
7. RESCHEDULING
IW Motorsports requires at least 48 hours’ advance notice for appointment rescheduling.
Rescheduling requests are subject to appointment availability.
Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the existing reservation deposit and may require a new deposit before another appointment is reserved.
Exceptions may be made by IW Motorsports at its discretion or where otherwise required by law.
8. NO-SHOWS
Failure to arrive for a confirmed appointment without adequate notice may be treated as a cancellation.
The reservation deposit may be forfeited and a new deposit may be required before another appointment is scheduled.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in IW Motorsports declining future appointment requests.
9. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Promotional prices may be subject to specific:
- Purchase periods
- Appointment windows
- Vehicle eligibility requirements
- Product availability
- Service requirements
- Deposit requirements
- Appointment availability
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined with other coupons, discounts, packages, referral credits, or promotional offers.
IW Motorsports reserves the right to correct obvious pricing, typographical, or website errors.
Promotional pricing does not apply retroactively to previously completed purchases unless specifically authorized.
10. VEHICLES CURRENTLY ON ORDER
Certain promotions may allow customers whose vehicle has not yet been delivered to secure promotional pricing before taking possession of the vehicle.
When an offer specifically includes a vehicle-on-order option, the normal promotional appointment window may be extended or waived according to that promotion.
Customers must accurately select or communicate that the vehicle is still on order.
Once the vehicle is delivered, the customer should contact IW Motorsports promptly so an appointment can be arranged based on available installation dates.
11. VEHICLE INSPECTION
Vehicles may be inspected before services begin.
The inspection may document:
- Paint condition
- Scratches
- Chips
- Dents
- Stains
- Wheel condition
- Glass condition
- Trim condition
- Existing film
- Existing tint
- Existing coatings
- Aftermarket accessories
- Previous repair work
- Other visible defects or concerns
Photos or video may be used to document vehicle condition.
Existing damage discovered before or during service may affect the recommended process or final result.
12. REPAINTED OR COMPROMISED SURFACES
Paint Protection Film, vinyl, adhesive products, masking materials, or other installation processes may interact differently with:
- Repainted panels
- Poor-quality paint repairs
- Failing clear coat
- Oxidized paint
- Previously damaged surfaces
- Improperly bonded paint
- Touch-up paint
- Body filler
- Previously wrapped surfaces
Customers should disclose known repainting or bodywork before installation.
IW Motorsports cannot guarantee the integrity of paint, clear coat, refinished panels, or aftermarket finishes that were not originally applied by IW Motorsports.
13. INSTALLATION CHARACTERISTICS
Many services are installed or applied by hand.
Minor characteristics that may occur as part of professional installation can include:
- Small amounts of installation moisture during curing
- Temporary haze
- Minor edge visibility
- Seams where required by vehicle design or material limitations
- Minor texture differences
- Small imperfections that become less visible as materials cure
- Material behavior around complex curves, edges, sensors, or body transitions
These characteristics do not automatically constitute defective workmanship.
IW Motorsports strives for a professional finished appearance and will evaluate reasonable workmanship concerns.
14. PAINT PROTECTION FILM
PPF is designed to help reduce damage from common road wear and environmental exposure.
PPF does not make a vehicle damage-proof.
Film can still be damaged by:
- Severe impacts
- Accidents
- Deep scratches
- Road debris
- Improper washing
- Pressure washing at close range
- Automatic car washes
- Harsh chemicals
- Improper maintenance
- Vandalism
- Environmental conditions
Manufacturer warranties and IW Motorsports workmanship warranties may have separate terms and exclusions.
15. CERAMIC COATINGS
Ceramic coatings are designed to improve surface characteristics such as gloss, chemical resistance, hydrophobic behavior, and ease of maintenance.
Ceramic coatings do not make paint:
- Scratch-proof
- Rock-chip-proof
- Dent-proof
- Maintenance-free
- Permanently clean
Proper washing and maintenance remain necessary.
Warranty requirements may include maintenance procedures or inspections depending on the coating manufacturer and package.
16. WINDOW TINT
Window film performance, appearance, shade, and warranty vary by product.
Customers should understand that darkness, reflectivity, privacy, and visibility can differ depending on:
- Existing factory glass
- Interior color
- Exterior lighting
- Time of day
- Selected film
- Vehicle design
IW Motorsports reserves the right to decline a requested installation when we believe it would violate applicable law, create a safety concern, or otherwise be inappropriate for the vehicle.
Customers remain responsible for complying with applicable vehicle and equipment laws after leaving the facility.
17. ADAS, CAMERAS, SENSORS AND VEHICLE SYSTEMS
Modern vehicles may contain cameras, radar systems, proximity sensors, driver-assistance hardware, electronic modules, powered doors, automatic windows, or other integrated systems.
IW Motorsports takes reasonable care when working around these systems.
Unless expressly included in the service, IW Motorsports does not perform manufacturer calibration, mechanical repair, software programming, or diagnosis of pre-existing electronic issues.
Any concern discovered before or after installation will be evaluated based on the circumstances.
18. ESTIMATED COMPLETION TIMES
Completion times are estimates.
Projects may require additional time because of:
- Vehicle condition
- Additional preparation
- Installation complexity
- Curing requirements
- Product availability
- Unexpected existing damage
- Weather
- Equipment issues
- Technician scheduling
- Quality-control requirements
We would rather allow additional time to properly finish a vehicle than rush an installation solely to meet an estimate.
19. VEHICLE PICKUP
Customers are responsible for arranging timely pickup after being notified that their vehicle is ready.
If a vehicle remains at the facility for an extended period after completion, storage charges may apply when disclosed on the work order, invoice, or customer communication.
20. PERSONAL PROPERTY
Customers should remove valuable or unnecessary personal property from vehicles before service.
IW Motorsports is not responsible for undisclosed personal property left inside a vehicle except to the extent required by applicable law.
21. PAYMENT
Unless other arrangements are approved in writing, payment of the remaining balance is due when the service is completed and before the vehicle is released.
Accepted payment methods may vary.
Customers are responsible for authorized charges associated with services they approve.
22. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers should contact IW Motorsports directly if they believe a billing error has occurred.
Filing a knowingly false or fraudulent payment dispute does not eliminate a customer’s obligation for valid services received.
Nothing in this section limits rights provided by applicable consumer protection or payment-card laws.
23. WARRANTIES
Product and service warranties vary.
Some products are covered by a manufacturer warranty while workmanship may be covered separately by IW Motorsports.
Warranty coverage may exclude damage resulting from:
- Accidents
- Abuse
- Improper washing
- Automatic car washes
- Harsh chemicals
- Improper maintenance
- Modification by another installer
- Removal or alteration by a third party
- Environmental damage beyond the product’s intended protection
- Damage unrelated to the original installation
Specific written warranty terms provided with a service will control over general website descriptions.
24. PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO
Vehicles may be photographed or recorded for:
- Condition documentation
- Installation documentation
- Quality control
- Training
- Portfolio use
- Website content
- Advertising
- Social media
IW Motorsports makes reasonable efforts to avoid publicly displaying personally identifying customer information.
Customers who do not want their vehicle used publicly for marketing should notify our team.
25. WEBSITE CONTENT
Website photographs, videos, illustrations, descriptions, renderings, and examples are provided to help customers understand available products and services.
Results vary depending on:
- Vehicle
- Material
- Surface
- Existing condition
- Lighting
- Color
- Service selection
Images should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every installation will look identical.

Unless otherwise stated, content on IWTINT.com, including:

Manufacturer product specifications, availability, and warranty terms may change.
Third-party websites linked from IWTINT.com operate independently and are governed by their own policies.
28. COMMUNICATIONS
Customers may communicate with IW Motorsports through:
- Telephone

- Social media

29. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We do not guarantee that IWTINT.com will always operate without interruption, delay, or error.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website when reasonably necessary.
30. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IW Motorsports will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or special damages arising solely from use of the website.
For vehicle services, any limitations of liability are subject to applicable law and any specific written service agreement.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate liability that cannot legally be waived or limited.
31. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute will be handled according to applicable law and any separate written agreement entered into between the customer and IW Motorsports.
32. SEVERABILITY
If any portion of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
33. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
IW Motorsports may update these Terms periodically.
Changes will be posted on IWTINT.com with an updated revision date.
The version applicable to a particular purchase or transaction will be determined according to applicable law and the terms presented when that transaction occurred.
