These SMS & Text Messaging Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) apply to text messages sent by or on behalf of IW Motorsports LLC (“IW Motorsports,” “IW,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By providing your mobile telephone number and consenting to receive text messages where consent is required, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. IW MOTORSPORTS TEXT MESSAGING
IW Motorsports may use text messaging to communicate with customers and prospective customers regarding:
- Quote requests
- Customer inquiries
- Appointment scheduling
- Appointment confirmations
- Appointment reminders
- Service updates
- Vehicle status
- Customer support
- Requested follow-up
- Reservation information
- Deposit information
- Transaction information
- Promotions
- Special offers
- New services
- Other IW Motorsports marketing, when you have consented to receive such marketing
The type of messages you receive depends on how you interact with IW Motorsports and the permissions you provide.
2. CONSENT TO RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES
When you voluntarily provide your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opt in to promotional text messaging, you authorize IW Motorsports and service providers acting on our behalf to send marketing and promotional text messages to the telephone number you provided.

CONSENT TO RECEIVE MARKETING TEXT MESSAGES IS NOT A CONDITION OF PURCHASING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES.

3. TRANSACTIONAL AND SERVICE MESSAGES
If you schedule an appointment, request information, make a purchase, or otherwise enter into a transaction with IW Motorsports, we may send communications reasonably related to that request or transaction where permitted by law.

- Vehicle completion notices
- Requested customer support
- Responses to messages you initiate
These communications are different from optional promotional marketing messages.

Message frequency varies depending on:

We do not guarantee a specific number of messages per month.
5. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and mobile service plan.
IW Motorsports does not charge customers separately simply for receiving ordinary SMS messages from us, but your wireless provider may charge you according to your plan.
Contact your wireless carrier if you have questions regarding messaging or data charges.
6. HOW TO OPT OUT
You may withdraw consent to receive promotional text messages at any time.
The simplest method is to reply:
STOP
to a marketing text from IW Motorsports.
Where supported, standard opt-out requests such as:
- STOP
- QUIT
- END
- CANCEL
- UNSUBSCRIBE
- REVOKE
- OPT OUT
or another reasonable message clearly communicating that you no longer wish to receive applicable text messages may also be treated as an opt-out request.

We will process valid opt-out requests in accordance with applicable law.
7. OPT-OUT CONFIRMATION
After you opt out, you may receive a final confirmation message acknowledging your request.

Opting out of promotional text messages does not necessarily prevent us from sending communications that are legally permitted and reasonably necessary to complete a transaction, respond to a message you initiate, address an active service issue, or communicate other information that does not require the withdrawn marketing consent.

9. RE-ENROLLMENT
If you previously opted out and later wish to receive promotional messages again, you may need to provide new consent.
Sending us a new inquiry does not necessarily restore marketing consent unless you affirmatively opt in again where required.
10. MOBILE NUMBER OWNERSHIP
By subscribing to text communications, you represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the telephone number provided or otherwise have authority to consent to messages being sent to that number.
If you change, transfer, deactivate, or relinquish your telephone number, please notify us or opt out before the number is reassigned.
This helps prevent messages intended for you from being delivered to another person.
11. NO SALE OF SMS CONSENT DATA
IW Motorsports does not sell, rent, or provide your SMS opt-in consent to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

- Terminate a messaging program
